At International Diamond Center, we stand behind the quality of our fine jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team or visit one of our showroom locations to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Pack Securely

  Place your jewelry in its original packaging, including all diamond certificates and appraisal documents, and secure it inside a shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use a carrier of your choice with full insurance to send the package back to our central processing facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
